 We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. A 48-hour notice will incur a $0 fee. A 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled time. A no-show or less than 24 hours will incur the full session fee. If multiple Organizers are scheduled to arrive at the session, both fees will be included in the cancellation fee. Please message us with an emergency cancellation, as we will waive one 24-hours session per client.
