Megan Sears
Owner and Founder of Megan Sears Organization. She first established MSO in 2010 and brings over a decade of sales and home organization experience to the business as well as 15 years of customer service and team leadership. For over 17 years she has traveled the Northwest giving Child Abuse Prevention speeches for fundraisers and foundations. Her hope is to continue to bring awareness and support through Megan Sears Organization for foster and abused children Nationwide.

Christian is a jack-of-all-trades with a knack for impressing us. Whether he's fixing things with his handyman skills or contributing to our organization team, he always shines. His boundless enthusiasm takes him from Seattle projects all the way to our PDX branch. And here he is, posing with our team mascot, Moco!

After 15 years of being passionate about this business, the emotional connection we find in people, be it a stay-at-home mom who needs a little extra help or a new business owner seeking a professional hand keeping things straight, is what makes this exciting for us. The smiles and personal connections made are what keeps the fire alive in our business. We specialize in supporting adult children help their parents into retirement living as gracefully as possible.
Where it all started
Megan started this business in 2010 when a neighbor asked for help downsizing and selling items. The experience was small and yet a powerful beginning to a wonderful decade of personal referrals, selling items and eventually creating beautifully organized homes! We added a team of quality Organizers who shared Meg's passion about creating a positive change for our clients.
