She first established MSO in 2010 and brings over a decade of sales and home organization experience to the business as well as 15 years of customer service and team leadership. For over 17 years she has traveled the Northwest giving Child Abuse Prevention speeches for fundraisers and foundations. Her hope is to continue to bring awareness and support through Megan Sears Organization for foster and abused children Nationwide.
Delaney's love for organizing shows in her work, and is one of our most requested Organizers in the Seattle area. She says "Our home is meant to serve us as an intuitive getaway from what life throws at us and I love to help others find the solutions that give them that peace."
